How to Fill in a Waybill Form (Shipping Label)

While in Japan, you may want to use a courier delivery service.
Although you will have to fill in a waybill form, in most cases, it will be printed in Japanese.

You can see an example – in English – of how to fill in a waybill form on this website. This example is for Yamato Transport’s “TA-Q-BIN” service, so please note that it may differ from waybill forms of other delivery companies.
